Black Obsidian Worry Stones

Obsidian is stone without limits or boundaries.  Black obsidian is a powerful stone assisting in grounding the soul.  It is also used to bring shadow qualities to the surface for release further assisting growth of the soul.  A great stone for repelling negative thoughts and supporting through change.  Can be used with the naval chakra or third eye.

To use a worry stone, hold between the index finger and thumb and gently massage your thumb back and forth whilst holding positive intentions or affirmations.
