Lepidolite Worry Stones

Lepidolite is an excellent crystal for those with anxiety by assisting to sooth feelings of stress.  These worry stones are a lilac-grey with sparkles due to lithium inclusions which may assists to calm anxieties by clearing blockages.

Chakra: Aligned to heart, throat and third eye chakras.

To use a worry stone, hold between the index finger and thumb and gently massage your thumb back and forth whilst holding positive intentions.
